Children’s Book

The children’s book was an unusual project. Instead of conventional tools, I needed to use other means to create an illustration. The story is about a pig who dreams of candy, so naturally, I decided to make nearly everything from jellybeans, M&M’s, and candy corn. Only the pig and mountains are made from paper. I was inspired by Van Gogh’s Starry Night, and I mimicked his painting style using individual jellybeans to lay out the sky.
